B for Bromyard
Bromyard is renowned for its abundant wildlife and is named for the Gorse and Broom that grow (and flower in yellow) here. Plant life and the animal life that thrives on it have always been at Bromyard’s core.
Bumblebees are often seen early in the year, and their lazy, buzzing flight is part of the soundtrack to the Bromyard gorse.
The bee has been magnified to a human scale, passers by can take a selfie with the Bromyard bee whilst admiring the Bromyard inspired artwork.

The artist Lucy Grafham has also been involved in the new Bromyard identity and branding which incorporates the fresh and bright Bromyard yellow with icons inspired by Normal carvings on St Peter’s Church.
