Mother’s Day is fast approaching, and we all understand the difficulties of showing our Mums just how much they really mean to us, flowers and chocolates just don’t seem enough. Taking your mother out for a special treat of Afternoon Tea is always a good idea. This tradition has increased in popularity in recent years and if you’re looking for a way to express your gratitude you’ll find some spectacular offerings locally.
The Glasshouse at Holloways
Located at Suckley Green, a 15-minute drive outside of Bromyard, Holloways specialise in conservatory and garden room furniture but also have an award-winning restaurant – The Glasshouse. It’s a lovely drive from Bromyard and you can peruse the showrooms for ideas and inspiration before treating your Mum to a special ‘Tea for Two’ Afternoon Tea, with a selection of appetizers:

Ralph Court Gardens
In the heart of Herefordshire lies Ralph Court Gardens, a hidden treasure. With more than twelve acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, this award-winning garden attraction is home to stunning water gardens, exotic plants, and rare trees. The court has a tropical butterfly house, small animal park and a range of activities from a maze to crazy golf. With so much to do it’s no doubt that you’ll build up quiet an appetite. Ralph Court Gardens are hosting a Mother’s Day weekend (18th & 19th March) with starters, main courses and afternoon tea. The afternoon tea includes:
